The Penny Saver is an addictive little shopper, dispensing everything from entertainment tidbits to ads for garage sales, snow shoveling, sleigh beds, guitar lessons, etc. etc. The free weekly shopper is distributed to more than 29,000 subscribers and 61,000 non subscribers on Wednesdays in Linn County each week. The non-subscriber package is delivered via 3rd class mail, delivering an advertising message to the entire Linn County market. The Penny Saver distributes grocery and retail inserts, and contains The Guide, a complete dining and entertainment section.
