Sarah Binder brought her firm belief in the promise of the entrepreneurial community and her commitment to tell its story to help it flourish to covering Iowa’s first-ever Start-up Accelerator (ISA) this fall.

ISA saw 10 start-up teams selected from around the world receive a $20,000 investment in exchange for 6 percent ownership, and 94 days of intensive programming, including customer discovery work and access to dozens of mentors.
